You may return your unused product for a full refund within 14 days from the purchase date excluding shipping charges (if applicable).
You can expect a refund (less shipping charges) to your credit card 5-10 business days of us receiving your returned items. It may take up a month for the refund to be visible on your credit card statement.
Please return items in brand new, unused condition with all hang tags attached and packaging. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on returned orders.
We do not accept returns on used bike apparel (bibs, shorts, jerseys, base layers, headwear, socks and under garments) for hygienic purposes. These items must never have be worn or washed and have all the original tags attached along with original packagings. We reserve the right to refuse returns. Please contact us in advance if you wish to return an item and our order support team will help you through the process
To exchange an item, you’ll have to place a new order and and incur the shipping charges associated with returning an item. Clothing must have the original tags installed and be un-worn, and all parts and accessories must be in brand new condition to be eligible for exchange. There are no exchanges on bikes / e-bikes, cycling shorts, nutrition products, and tubes.
If you need a different product, size or colour please return your items for a refund within the 14 day return period and place a new order . We’ll process your refund promptly upon receiving your returned items. Placing a new order will ensure that you’ll get your new items quickly and that it won’t go out of stock.
If you’d like to return an item, please fill out the Order Return Form. Please indicate your order number and reason for your return. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. Package your items securely, and use all original packaging when possible. If you’re packaging your items in the original shipment box, please remember to remove or cover all the old labels and barcodes.
Please use a return shipping method best suited to you and choose a shipping service that will provide you with tracking information and insurance. The Cyclepath Danforth is not responsible for your return until it is received at our return address.
